FAQ: Are payments refundable if I cannot attend a training?
Training fees are generally non-refundable. However:
- Substitutions may be allowed if you wish to send a replacement participant (please inform the AGIA Secretariat in advance).
- If you still wish to request a refund, you must submit a formal letter for consideration.
- If the cancellation or change is due to AGIA, a refund will be processed without the need for a letter.
